How is it possible that I could run out of toilet paper, food, gas, clean underwear, deodorant, dish soap, and laundry detergent all in the same day? And on a wednesday no less that I had to work late, barely made it to an appointment with the vet for my very sick dog, barely made it to mutual, and had to stay late at a meeting...didn't get home until 11:30pm. Wow! I'm tired just thinking about last wednesday! But seriously how could I possibly run out of all those things on the same day?? It's like the forces of nature were at work...or was it perhaps the fact that I am the wife of a deployed soldier? Hmmm food for thought. I realized recently (and by recently I mean last wednesday) that I rely on my husband for a lot of little things! Normally my husband would have noticed that at least half of those things were almost gone and would have reminded me to fill 'er up before they were all gone at once.
On a side note I may also be out of shaving cream, but I really wouldn't know since I haven't used any since last October ;)
On a more serious note I am exhausted from missing my husband! Wowza missing that handsome guy really takes a toll on a lady!
I think you were just hoping that the days would go by just as fast as running out of everything. Then he would be home sooner ;)
