My Famous Catch a Husband Cookie Recipe!

Here it is! The famous cookie that helped me snag my handsome husband! I sent these to a soldier serving in Iraq and three months after he got home we were hitched! They work like a charm ;)
Everything you will need to snag a husband!...er I mean make the cookies :)


My Saturday Date Night with Myself...I'm a lot of fun!






Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

2 cups of brown sugar, 3/4 cup white sugar, & 3 cubes of butter:


Cream together:


Add 1/2 cup milk, 4 eggs, & 2 tsp vanilla (if your lucky you have an Aunt Julie to send you real vanilla from Mexico...thanks Aunt Julie!!)

Mix it all together:


Next add 2 tsp salt & 2 tsp baking soda. I like to mix these before adding the flour.

Next we will add 6 cups of flour, I add them 2 cups at a time. So let's start with 2 cups of flour:

Mix:

And add 2 more cups of flour:

Mix & repeat with the 2 remaining cups of flour:

Add 2 12oz bags chocolate chips:

Pretty!

Mix:

Voila! The most wonderful cookie dough ever:

Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet:

Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees:


Package them into disposable tupperware and ship them to the cutest soldier you can find! Ship with caution~you may wind up with a husband!
